OFFICIAL CONTEST RULES: LAGOON GETAWAY

1. Eligibility 

The Lagoon Getaway contest (the “Contest”) is open only to legal residents of the state of ID who are 18 years of age or older (the age of majority) at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Iliad Media Group, the participating radio stations, their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their 

immediate family members or those living in the same household are not eligible to participate. The Contest is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited by law. 

2. How to Enter 

The qualifying period for the Contest begins on 2026-06-01 and ends on 2026-06-19 (the “Contest Period”). To enter, listen to a participating radio station weekdays at 7:20, 8:20, 9:20, 12:20, 2:20, 5:20 for the keywords. Enter the keywords on the Listen Boise app. All entries must be received by the end of the Contest Period to be eligible. The Station’s computer is the official timekeeping device for this Contest. 

3. Prizes 

A total of fifteen (15) Grand Prizes will be awarded during the Contest. Each Grand Prize consists of 4 Passes to Lagoon. The Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of each Grand Prize is $396. 

All prizes are awarded “AS IS” and without warranty of any kind, express or implied. Prizes are non-transferable and no substitution or cash equivalent is permitted, except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. The winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes associated with prize acceptance and use. A 1099 tax form will be issued to any winner receiving a prize or combination of prizes valued at $600 or more during the calendar year. 

4. Winner Selection 

Winners are chosen randomly each day from among all eligible entries received. The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received for each drawing. Potential winners will be notified by the Station using the contact information provided at the time of entry. If a potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to claim the prize within the specified time period, or is disqualified for any reason, the Station reserves the right to select an alternate winner by random drawing from the remaining eligible entries. 

5. General Conditions 

By participating in the Contest, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor and the Station, which are final and binding in all respects. In accordance with FCC 47 C.F.R. § 73.1216, the Station

will conduct the Contest substantially as described in these rules. 

Except where prohibited by law, participation in the Contest constitutes the winner’s consent to the Sponsor’s and Station’s use of the winner’s name, likeness, voice, opinions, and biographical information for promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without further payment or consideration. 

The Contest is governed by the laws of the State of Idaho. By entering, participants agree that all issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules, participant’s rights and obligations, or the rights and obligations of the Sponsor in connection with the Contest, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of Idaho, including the Idaho Consumer Protection Act, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules. The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Contest if any fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond the Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Contest, as determined by the Sponsor in its sole discretion.
